SIMONE SAMMICHELI
 is an Italian pianist.

He has performed as soloist and in chamber music concerts in Italy, Belgium and Holland in prestigious venues such as Auditorium Parco della Musica – Sinopoli Hall and Filarmonica Romana in Rome, Teatro Carlo Felice and Palazzo Spinola in Genoa, Auditorium of the Italian Culture Institute of Tokyo, Gallifet Palace in Parigi, Auditorium Santa Chiara in Sansepolcro, Vicenza’s Teatro OlimpicoTeatro La Fenice in Venice, at Tivoli Vredenburg in Utrecht, in Giardini “La Mortella” at Ischia (NA), as part of many festival and musical season for important institutions including CIDIM, GOG, Amici del Teatro Carlo Felice, Festival delle Nazioni, Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, Fondazione William Walton, Fondazione Amici della Fenice, Accademia Internazionale Orchestra Filarmonica del Mediterraneo ofTrani, Tokyo’s Kundan Minami.

Simone had his orchestra debut in 2014 performing Liszt Piano concerto n.2 with Niccolò Paganini Symphony Orchestra.

He won the First Prize in numbers National and International Competitions including the European Music Competition, the Alberto Burri prize, J.S. Bach Competition in Sestri Levante, Piove di Sacco National Piano Competition and many others.

In 2022 was  semifinalist of the “International Franz Liszt Piano Competition” in Utrecht.

He attended Masterclasses with many internationally renowned Maestros as Livia Rev, Enrico Pace, Pietro De Maria, Riccardo Risaliti, Roberto Plano, Massimiliano Damerini, Philip Martin.

He is currently specializing under the guidance of great pianist M° Alessandro Deljavan.

In 2012 he graduated in piano with top marks under the guidance of M° Massimo Paderni at the Genoa’s Conservatory of Music Niccolò Paganini.

After his studies at Pinerolo Music Academy with M° Enrico Pace, in 2020 he obtained the Postgraduate in piano performance under the guidance of M° Benedetto Lupo at the prestigious Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome.

His agenda includes several upcoming engagements, as well as his Spain debut in May 2024 with cellist Matilde Agosti, an Opera recital in Autumn as Duo Altair for GOG and the release of his last CD of Scarlatti’s Sonatas.
